1) All of the son’s of Isreal, did not receive a good report.
2) Isreal was honest in is evaluation of his twelve sons.
3) Joseph’s Faithfulness to God, is amazing, and impressive!
4)Joseph maintained a forgiving spirit with his brothers, until the end of his days.

Comments: Gen. 47 chapters to 50. 7 yrs of famine & 7 yrs of plenty. Joseph bargains: the ppls. Land for food. They will receive seed to grow n their fields. 1/5 goes to Pharaoh. To pay off debt. 4/5 for the farmer & his family. 47:19-22. The priest never had to sell their land for food. God’s command. Isaac used this hand under the thigh method to make promises. Example: Jacob used it w/Joseph. He wanted him to bury him n Canaan the field Abraham bought. The burying field. Jacob (Israel) blesses his children b 4 his death. Jacob blessed Ephraim the younger son of Joseph.

(I continued to add to Biblical ancestry with review of Exodus 7-17. When I got to 17:10, however, I had to stop and go to I Chronicles 2 to figure out who Hur was. While there, I made additions to the ancestor tree from all I could newly extract from I Chronicles 2.)
