1) Joseph repaid his brother’s with love.
2) Seek love when someone do you wrong, not revenge.
3) Joseph acknowledges God, and gives him all the praise.
4) when you receive power, you should not abuse it. Be humble so that God gets the glory.
5) Joseph had great faith in God, and gave him all the glory.
6) God is all knowing. He is the past, the present, and the future.
7) God is the rewarder of those who diligently seek him.
God elevated Joseph from the position of slave and a prisoner, to becoming Pharaoh’s right-hand man. He transformed the evil plans of Joseph’s brothers into something good. God used the physical hardship of famine to reunite Israel’s family. God had a good purpose to shape a great nation out of this troubled family, that would spread His blessings to the world.
